good move but the problem is we dont have good english medium teachers in govt schools, either the teachers should be trained  or hire english medium teachers then implement transition period ki time ivvali

?? I don't understand your question but this it's the time of urbanization and globalization.  Without English you will not get too far anywhere in life..

I understand the part regarding globalization and stuff. But, converting TM to EM is not solution for the problem? Globalization affects mostly the service industry. It iss good for people in this sector to learn English to be relevant. Is govt planning to bring only IT and service sector to the state? 

More developed states like TN and Gujarat have their schools still in their native medium. Does that make their people irrelevant? Most of the students in Gujarat study in Gujarati medium until their high school. If you govt focuses on rural development and create jobs at rurally they why would there be a need to change the medium to EM? Does the word "Job" mean only a "Corporate Job"?

AP govt can always start optional English medium schools instead of converting existing TM schools.
