These are  fake statistics. You can view the official stats at National Family Health Survey Website.

For example check the Total fertility rate - is 2.0 for both Gujarat and  J&K as per official numbers. But the doctored numbers show them as 1.7 for J&K and 2.2 for Gujarat

that figure was most likely taken directly fom Indian Economic survey 2018-19

census report from 2016 data states that the crude birth rate for J&K is actually 1.57, and for Guj is 2.0. So the TFR is approx right.

The numbers on that report for how low fertility rates in kashmir is, are shocking.

inka female/male ration annitlo J&K is above national avg. truly a well governed state, inspite of India bothering its people through military.
