Playing Prostitute Was Rakul Preet’s Selling Point

Not many actresses get challenging roles in films and they end being just the glamour dolls for love-struck songs and sequences.

Till date, Rakul Preet Singh was also the same till she upon Bollywood movie ‘Marjaavan’ in which she has got to do a challenging role.

The actress is kicked about it as she would be seen playing a prostitute in the movie starring Siddharth Malhotra and Tara Sutaria in the lead. Rakul thinks that her role as Arzoo would leave an impact and it has got to do nothing about the length of the role she has portrayed. She understands that she is taking a risk with this unconventional character, but she isn’t fearing what people would say about her role.

It’s good to see Rakul taking major decisions with regard to the roles she has been doing. ‘Marjaavaan’ is coming to theatres on 22nd November, this year. Let’s wait and see if Rakul’s risk was worth it.
