Recent headaches valla amazon lo oka computer glasses use cheyadam start chesa.. then ila kaadu ani doctor appointment teeskuni chupiste they checked my eye sight, sight ledu..

they said aa blue UV coating aa amazon site vallu sarigga vesaro ledo.. u get proper reading/computer glasses from us annaru.. is it worth?

how much time do you spend a day in front of computer screen? is reading/computer glasses from proper eye doctor worth? motham kalipi oka 300-400$ avtundi anta.. so wanted to check

Just eat proper food baa. I ve seen people who stare at monitors or phones all the day and still their sight is sharp after 40.
