But Sabarimala is nothing to do with Gender.

As counter point, there are temples in India where men are not allowed.

The tradition in Sabarimala of no entry to women of certain age is similar to temples not allowing men.

 

Where Gender Bias is institutionalized, here, it's not.

There are 2 temples that did not allow women,

And there are more than a dozen temples where men are not allowed.

 

Reasons are not discriminatory but due to faith in that particular dieties.

usually judgments are given by 3 bench.

today 5 bench, means it's a constitutional bench.

 

They are sending it to a larger bench, 7 member one. Must be the first time in our judicial history.
