I think it's all about understanding between partners. we both work and both share household chores. naku opika lekapote, she will take care of everything, I will do the same thing. nuvve cook cheyali, nuvve diapers change cheyyali, nene groceries tevali ani rules em levu. all chores are shared and evariki opika unte vallaki. 

some people said QA BA lanti easy peasy jobs kante architect lanti jobs kashtam ani. old client deggara oka QA resource unde, she knows in and out functional knowledge, aamene sathayinche vallu andharu, even so called architects. she used to be super busy and super helpful all the time. no job is easy or no job is difficult!!!

TS cheppina case lo, if house wife/home maker is appreciated with the things she do at home, she will also do the same. these are simple things. we need to appreciate others for what they do honestly, this will create a friendly environment both at professional and personal level.
