There are 10000's of people in US who Sublet their house for a short time when they are away.. Desis usually don't do that but they are changing too.. 

In my company Some even do house swap.. Like their house is in London and mine in NYC so they come here for 10 days and at the same time I go there for 10 days. Benefits both..
