I read a paper today that corticosol interacts with the immune cells and makes them less efficient at fighting infections. If that were the case, are we sad because we are sick or are we sick because we are sad?

everything boils down to the same point. science/psychology/spirituality all are relative to each other.

But what if all you need to do is to control your body with your mind, so that you don't secrete cortisols but secrete serotinin and dopamine and cure yourself.
