Yeah minor ga ithe cold weather affect untadi...naku severe sinus unde bro..intermediate lo edo minor surjury chesaru..a tarvata entha cold weather ina no problem. Na case lo edo nasal passages edo  iynay anadu

Check chesadu bro ame ledu some edo allergy valla ani spray ichadu but no use, 

deviated septum ante enti bro ikada  or India ki velli check chepinchukovadam best ha

mukku lo middle bone koncham vankara untundi , ala unte air flow correct ga undadu so they will set it right , allergy sprays like Nasacort help , avena vadedi? , mari baga unte Afrin lantivi vadu ,  but it is not recommended to use them for a long time

If you do not get relief check with doctor again

First priority visit doctor 

second: stop alcohol or/and soft drinks 

Third: Do breath exercise daily for 20 mins while sitting on commode or while watching tv 

Fourth: Take flu shots and do some workout at least 3 or 4 times in a week

I also got operated for deviation of nasal septum, and it dint cure me completely. What worked for me are breathing exercises. 

Do it regularly thats the key.

also try to visit allergy specialist. I have hell of allergies and now i am taking allergy shots.
