Car paint

Ninna curb hit chesa turning lo, venaka side kinda paint gone. I can see silver color metal. Also bonet meda evado scratches pettadu around a month back. Is it advisable to just paint it myself ?  Or professional better a ? 
i dont care about appearance, rust gurinchi thinking

Cars meda use cheyyacha idi ? Should we paint color on top of this?
