For a moment - Forget others who are leading /not leading the state.

Simple : PK as a person is not sincere in Films, Marriage and he's most famous fickle person based on what he does and says in public...

 How can he lead the state? If YES- Then his past doesn't reflect it.

Its not like films where an individual is given a chance to proove himself in folitics. He could lead AP better but how do you judge if he's the correct person or not...

He has to fight for it - until he gets chance...bcoz he's not for political background to get an advantage.

Same way he fought to deliver a hit movie even after several flops.- . Until then ppl will criticize him...
