If it's just a day trip, there are many tour packages from Hyderabad with charges around 3000 rupees for round trip, which also includes sheegra darshanam and accommodation in Tirupati.

Online lo darsanam tickets chesesukondi bro 400 vi darsanam 3-4 hrs lo max ayipothadi... based on darsanam time plan your journey & accomdation.

Difficult to get accommodation from agents also not easy & instead Tirupati lo accomdation pettukoni get ready and take a cab or bus (if its ok for them) & tirumala trip darsanam and come back.. Cab lo kaavalante kinda tirupati chuttu unna gudulu oka round veyochu if time permits on next day.
