Will that be worth doing that? 185k Loan amount for 30 year at 4.75% monthly $965 mortgage 185k Loan amount for 30 year at 5.75% monthly $1080 mortgage $115 difference so oka 21 months ki aa $2.5k break even avvuddi, looks like long run lo good amount ye kada save or am I calculating something wrong here???? In your case, its worth doing refinance. Check 5 and 7 arm rates too. Some ppl usually pick 5/1, 7/1 because they can do a refinance again whenever rates drop or increase. Check with other lenders who waive off closing costs. Quote
