No, you need to set goals higher than what you can do. If we don't aim high, there is no point in life. But at the same time, you should realize that it's alright to fail. If you set your goal high and fail, you're better off than not setting a goal big enough and not trying.

6 months ki oka goal pettuko , monthly goal kooda pettuko kavalante , daily , weekly voddu , it will take off some stress 

work out , diet em chesina stress ki baga effect avutav 

nee mindset correct chesuko ,  nee mind lone nuvve problem create chesukuntunnav unnecessary ga

I see it's been a while since this was discussed, but I just wanted to chime in. Anxiety can be tough to deal with, and sometimes it feels overwhelming. Have any of you found something new that helps? I've noticed that even small routines, like taking a walk or listening to calming music, can make a big difference. Would love to hear if anyone has tried anything different recently.

I’ve been in the same boat, and something that really helped me unwind was trying a thca disposable. It’s smoother than I expected and takes the edge off without making me feel too out of it. I was skeptical at first, but honestly, it made a noticeable difference when my thoughts started racing. Just took a few puffs, and within minutes, I felt way more at ease and in control.

its not good bhayya, kavalani evvaru cheyyaru but small small things snowball and lead to that. 

i had similar gola (not career goals) but lately got better. 

We focus on things that are not in our immediate control, always not living in present (think abt past, plan for future etc). Peer pressure, social media lo choosi manaki adi ledu anukovadam or unte baagundu anukovadam etc. and so many other factors. 

Its impossible to provide a general suggestion to everyone. 

Talk to a sleep consultant (many insurances cover), reduce screen time and especially cutoff phone 1 hr before bed (i am still a b1tch to this). 

Its a process but you can definitely do it.
