stamping dates ela unnai hyd or chennai in november/december/january. One of my friend is in India since 3 months, and he saying brokers have blocked all dates, and that he cannot book a date for stamping, unless he is ready to give 20k INR to the brokers to release a date for him. Anyone heard of this?
