But the burden to prove to revoke a citizenship is lot harder to USCIS and they tend to ignore most cases unless it’s bigger  fraud/scam or threat to the nation. If you see the statistics only handful of citizenships are revoked since inception  . It’s not easy to revoke the citizenship.

Even when they have h4, they will apply for h1. H4Ead unnapudu more h4 aunties and uncles have cash so there will be more applications. Now they have to think about spending 5k for the application and without projects it is hard to get approvals also.
