I am not sure if this is a personal question. But out of curiosity aduguthuna. One of my friend recently had an unplanned child. Naa question enti ante. Like general ga andaru intercourse apudu, safety use chestara? like EVERY single time? or without safety chesi next day PlanB vesukuntara? 
Nenu personally, very scared every time safety lekunda chesinapudalla, like the girl has to take the pill next day and It can have side effects on her. But I have seen couples who had kids like after 5 years pelli ainaka. Not sure ela maintain chestaru ani. I don't know if I am missing alternatives.

I mean no other alternatives to do without helmet besides pull out method and pills? Like you said pills are not good and pull out is risky.

What? As far as I know, they can get conceive any day. It’s just that periods  time lo .. chances of getting pregnant ekkuva.
