Helmet is not the only option myan.... Birth control procedures chaala untaayi.... Helmets kante more success rate undevi unnayi... 

 

Eg : Neeku pelli ayyi unte checkout about IUD. Idhi long term solution kuda if you decide of not having kids for next 3-5 years daaka IUD can stay intact.... There are several other options as well... Ofcourse safer kuda... Talk to experts and decide your options...
