You might have eustchian tube dysfunction. Its the tube that goes from nasal cavity to ear, use otto vent you will be set.

Just see in youtube its not medicine its just a ballon to inhale air. Do this now and tell me how you feel.

close your nose, mouth and pop your ears by blowing air. You will get better.

Don’t use any medicine for this problem, the problem is mechanical, see youtube videos about otovent they will show what actual problem is, water accumulating near eardrum is problem you have to get rid if water to solve the issue. Just pop your ears or use the otovent anthe.
