Trump did not open a new Apple manufacturing plant in Texas

On Wednesday, the President said he “opened a major Apple Manufacturing plant in Texas that will bring high paying jobs back to America.” The plant has been manufacturing Apple products since 2013 and is owned and run by a company called Flex, not Apple, as confirmed by outlets including the Associated Press, the Austin Statesman and The New York Times.
