Financial District(NanakramGuida, Kokapet, Narsingi) areas have become playgrounds for the rich now a days. My pata mestri bought a villa for 8C in kokapet for his India stay. Muralimohan's Jaya bheri group is building temple tree villas in kokapet now - 7C to 15C..

most of my cousins along with their partners workings in hyd are making between 40 - 50 lakhs per annum. 1 cr is not out of reach for them
