@Amrita Doing part time job off-campus in gas stations/restaurants/as nanny’s on F1 legal kada? same applies to this also, it kinda lives in grey area. Law enforcement only go for service provider not the end users.As per law , downloading/public distribution of copy right content is illegal, but not streaming in private  ( no proper law around it).
