exactly that is my point . inital ga parents ee lands ni chuskunna down the line some on should be there to forsee theese properties. with four fathers personal experience this is soooo true vayya..... unna land ni evadu eppudu kabja chestado telidu ....  manam ekkadundi akkada manage cheyatam antey kastame

oka ten years invest chestey konni crores ee aithaye . i have many relatives in the same boat , now both of them are working to pay their children college ( india lo konni tens  crores properties unnaye )

Poragalla college fees lu nuvu enduku katali? Ask them to take student loan. Citizen kada , they will repay themselves once they get job.
