ante neeku PTO kavala contracting lo?

off teeskunte contacting lo loss of pay ee kada either its 1 day or 1 week. 

thats vacation time not loss of pay...plan ur trip ahead so you will get everything at cheap prices...nov-dec lo vacation is best time...

first 5-7 yrs everyone will think of money and not take off in contracting...but its good to take a break once in a year....

contracting lo sick unte most of them will go to office/wfh no matter what unless u r admitted in hospital 

contracting vs ft has its own benefits..
