AD account unlock chesthanduku oka dial in number undi, adi dial chesi unlock cheskuntunna egery 30 mins

ma company lo konchem IT backward undi.

network issues kuda unnai, same answer cheptunnaru...tools levu ani. as it will cost them

network connection VPN or LAN ? sometimes new password vpn meedha unte replicate avvadhu. as most of them suggested your account might been used to login on other apps running on your machine, servers, DB's & services which logging in with your old credentials and SSO managing tool emina undha mee company lo ? edhina monitoring tool which captures AD logs would help, powershell scrpting could also help not sure.

LAN or vpn both instances lo lock aithundi 

even though I am not logged into any serve I am facing the issue.

Account lock ayyaka, Domain controller lo event viewer logs lo event id 4740 ani search chesthe all locked out accounts untai. They can find the reason why it is locking out.
