According to an investigation by Reveal published in the IndyStar, a former Indiana OSHA official says his investigation into a death at an Amazon warehouse was thwarted by top state officials, including Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb, who wanted to lure Amazon’s HQ2. Holcomb denies the reports.
