check if the layout is in R1 zone on the hmda master plan....recently everyone is doing layouts but you have to be careful if it is in the right zone

which zone it is R1/R2/R3/R4 ( if it is peri urban or conservation zone stay away from it)

is the layour close to any SDZ( Special Development zone) or commerical zone  for future resale/growth

see the developers pervious ventures

access roads ( very important) how the layout is connected to the existing roads how close to ORR

 currently no new roads  to Kurnool highwy from here

 not so hot wrt  surrounding or HITECH CITY  approach .. THIS IS GOING TO AMANGAL/KALWAKURTHY /SRISAILAM DRIVE ... 

 

last 2 yrs i have not visited my knowledge is old idea only

dont know exact location of new  development
