Valla raising broughtup socio-economic background circumstances ki vallaki having  physical relationship with partner and raping ki difference kuda teledu. Vallaki enti chala mandi wives ki teledu husband rape chestunnadu adi correct kadu ani. Lot of factors man. Privileged ga manam chuse world vallu chuse world same kadu.  I am not supporting them at all . They are monsters but deniki oka solution easy kadu cheppadam.  Societal change kuda kavali. Govt help kavali. Better conditions kavali alane adavallu  marpu vache varaku valla jagrathalo undali. Evanni cehsina incidents avvachu avutayi kuda.  Chala angles unnayi deniki solution tevalante. I am not smart to give solution but this is my opinion.

Take advantage of technology. People are earning billions with simple technological innovations but don’t want to spend single rupee to help protect fellow human? 
Why can’t people build an app with just one distress signal that sends messages to all the nearby cops or volunteers who are willing to help.

It’s not about law . Most women na husband aey ani excuse chestaru just that moment anukuntu. Awareness kuda ledu .

Modern education, especially elementary, middle and high school education lo society behavior, awareness and more importantly, people should be taught to dial 100 for any kind of distress. 
 

Things have changed and dialing 100 is much more efficient and effective than it was...especially living in around mega city like Hyderabad, Dial 100 for any kind of distress. 
 

We should learn to avoid panic at such distress times . Some times, the offenders may try to over power and in such cases, dial 100 may not be an option but that not the reason to get attacked...conscience and presence of mind might help us..!

Good point...for example we have apple watch which monitors fall detection and calls emergency sos...

 

similarly  some kind of wearable technology which monitor hostile moves and call the cops automatically should helps...

These killers have brutally raped and killed a young woman, now law comes into action and the killers are arrested and no doubt they will be hanged to death...but law cannot deter such things from happening again. 

The max law can do is to put these guys behind the bars or perhaps death. Law can create much more stringent laws to deal with such people but cannot do anything to stop from happening.

ghoram jarigipoinaka vallani vuri teesi sampina, dani valla inkoka case kakunda vuntadanna nammakam ledu...All these laws comes into force after the crime is committed...we need a detterebbe than punishment...we need solution to avoid such things than hanging the rapist...

At least kids of present generation should be taught that rape is an evil, at least we can expect next generation to be free of such rapes.

How about poor people ? Vallaki watch undadu and app kuda vadadam teledu . Chip lantidi emanna insert cheyali for free . Anyone forces her just like car airbags after certain kind of impact and resistance cop ki alert vellali cops ki . I realize this is actually practically not possible .
