Generally, a victim of sexual assault and underage people names and details conceal chestharu. This is for their privacy and save them from judgmental society. It is also a law that you should not reveal the name. Mana telugu news media athythaham valla law ni thunga lo thokki name and photo reveal chesesaru... Later they realized and changed the name.

P.S: Nirbhaya case victims name was not revealed until her father gave permission. Her name is not Nirbhaya.
