vokatonumberkurrodu Posted December 5, 2019 Report Posted December 5, 2019 nuvvu pani chese workplace lo can you identify the person who is the least valuable to the company. lets say ok 10 people ni select chey... andhulo oka 9 ppl will be non desis and 1 desi (may be mainframe time GC/Citizen ankul or Kumar uncle types).....its based purely on performance... recent ga ma client lo layoff ayithey maa team lo 2 managers fasak..and everyone felt bad that they were laid off after working for so many years...but everyone also knows they dont do anything ..other than attend meeting calls...only 2 desi h1b full time guys are there..both perform well so they were retained because they are critical to the team... all desi contractors...were let go phase by phase...irrespective of skill level. The relation is not working out and you dont have a chance for growth . konni sarly being in ibbandikara situations pushes you to introspect. Key is not to start blaming others or playing victim. Getting laid off as contract employee is far worse. no severance , no notice. comerica lo bottomline matters .. capitalist desham kaabatti... Quote
