అత్తమామలను పట్టించుకోకపోయినా నేరమే! 

దిల్లీ: వయో వృద్ధులను, వారి నెలవారీ పోషణను పట్టించుకోకపోతే వారసులే కాదు వారి అల్లుడు, కోడలిపై కూడా ఇకపై నేరం మోపనున్నారు. తల్లిదండ్రులు, వృద్ధుల పోషణ, సంక్షేమ చట్టం (సవరణ) బిల్లు- 2019లో ఈ నిబంధనలను పొందుపరిచారు. బుధవారం కేబినెట్‌ ఆమోదం పొందిన ఈ బిల్లు త్వరలో పార్లమెంట్‌ ముందుకు రానుంది. పోషణ నిమిత్తం కుటుంబ సభ్యులు చెల్లించాల్సిన మొత్తం గతంలో గరిష్ఠంగా రూ.10వేలు ఉండగా.. ఆ పరిమితిని ఎత్తివేశారు. దీని ప్రకారం ఎక్కువగా సంపాదించేవారు వారి తల్లిదండ్రుల పోషణకు ఎక్కువ మొత్తంలో చెల్లించాల్సి ఉంటుందని ముసాయిదాలో పేర్కొన్నారు. నిబంధనలను ఉల్లంఘిస్తే కనిష్ఠంగా రూ.5 వేలు లేదా మూడు నెలల జైలు శిక్ష విధిస్తారు. అవసరమైతే రెండూ విధించొచ్చు.

తమను నిర్లక్ష్యం చేస్తున్నారని, తమకు నెలవారీ ఖర్చులు చెల్లించడం లేదని 80 ఏళ్లు పైబడిన వయోవృద్ధులు చేసే ఫిర్యాదులకు ఎక్కువ ప్రాధాన్యం ఇవ్వనున్నారు. వృద్ధాశ్రమాలు, హోం కేర్‌ సర్వీసు ఏజెన్సీలు తప్పనిసరిగా రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ చేసుకునేలా, కనీస ప్రమాణాలు పాటించేలా బిల్లులో నిబంధనలు పొందుపరిచారు. ప్రతి ఠాణాలో వృద్ధుల కోసం నోడల్‌ పోలీసు అధికారిని నియమించడం లేదా జిల్లా స్థాయిలో ప్రత్యేకంగా పోలీసు యూనిట్‌ను నెలకొల్పి వారి వినతులు స్వీకరించాలని బిల్లులో ప్రతిపాదించారు. అలాగే వయోవృద్ధుల సమస్యలను వినడానికి ప్రతి రాష్ట్రం ఓ హెల్ప్‌లైన్‌ నంబర్‌ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని పేర్కొన్నారు. ‘పోషణ’ అనే పదానికి విస్తృత నిర్వచనం ఇచ్చారు. ఆహారం, వస్త్రాలు, నివాసం, ఆరోగ్యమే కాకుండా, వారి భద్రత, సంక్షేమం అనే పదాలను కూడా చేర్చారు. వారసులే కాకుండా అల్లుడు, కోడలు తమను నిర్లక్ష్యం చేస్తున్నారని వయోవృద్ధులు భావిస్తే వారు న్యాయం కోసం మెయింటెనెన్స్‌ ట్రైబ్యునల్‌ను ఆశ్రయించొచ్చు. 2007 తర్వాత ఈ బిల్లులో కీలక సవరణలు చేస్తుండడం గమనార్హం.

True. These days, many girls dont want her husband to stay with his parents. they speak about individuality and freedom. US kakapoina hyderabad aina okay kaani, parents mathram intlo undakudadhu coz valla natakalu chellav. 

They fear to take responsibilities, instead they want us to take in every phase.

Abbayi parents ki abbayi aasthi baa. Abbayilanu valla parents kastapadi chadivinchukuntaru by pouring in a lot of money for higher education etc. Aa Aasthi theesukunappudu responsibility kooda theesukovali kada. Aasthilanti abbayini ivvandi kaani mee kastaalu ivvakandi ante ela?
