For those who are working in Company for centuries

if you own a company and  you need to recruit somone whom will you recruit? dont say beautiful girls and all.

If my team needs like 10 people, I will select good 3 people and should be from highly respected community, and

rest 7 sombaries who are like freshers and who will not get any job any where else so they dont leave the company. 

so those who didnt left companies dont think they are smart and companies want you, you are just like another person just we need some donkies to do same work. 

I am talking about our Indian withc companies where people are working for years.
