This will undermine our Justice sysytem. Without trial and order encountering someone can hide the real culprits.

 

It is not like acid victim attack where attackers committed crime in public with 100 of public watch in broad day light

The four might be truely the killers but worst thing that can happen is if someone big is being covered.

there are two  issues 

1) justice 

2) law 

a) if law is followed  will the justice be served

b) now the justice is served, what about the laws in our country ?

why do we  have constitution ,  IPC 

courts,  national human rights etc etc.

All these are there for our safety.......this incident is so frightening that all the society are kind of scared.....imagine if the same incident is happened around your place.....how scared are you? Do you think you can just wait? Sometimes these kind of things is necessary to set order......

That is what law call it "circumstancial evidence" and the actual judicial review is to make sure there are more culprits or these are real culprits. Who is a1 and who is innocent forced to commit crime?

It is very very very easy for politicians and police to kill the culprits and call it a day. They will get the credit and people will clap, dance and go to sleep..

Fast forward there will be three more dishas getting killed and people look at each other face 

.like said..very easy for police and politicians to kill them..

 

What is difficult for politicians to do ?

To send police to actual do their duty instead of acting as chowkidars to their kids, sons, brother in law and actual do police job and patrol at night.

What is more difficult for politicians to do ?  To close the liquor shops..and belt shops given as gifts to corporatera and some chamchaas near highway that do business in lakhs each day

 

What is difficult for police to do .. to catch and suspend the police who collect bribe and allow public drinking of lorry drivers..

Allow open black selling of loose liquor and supply for cleaners and driver's..?
