police as a dept will not kill someone with out 100% confirmation . there is too much presure on the police dept and even they might have judicial and departmental  approval within closed circles of higher ups since the encounter is so obvious

I totally agree Justice was served in this case. But can anyone here say with 100% conviction that the same scenario would take place if the accused were influential people. Just because the accused were labor and no one cares about them, the police could take this step and all the politicians are hailing them. Ide valla pillalu ayyi unte Police will be trying hard to save them. Just my thoughts on our system.
