Quick question for seniors....Indaaka status chuste h4 approved and h4 ead case was received ani undi-texas service center. Uscis h4 and h4 ead rendu okate roju approve chestaya. usicis status ni nammalem endukante h1 inka case was received ane undi but approved two months back.

enni months back apply chesavu ... once H4 approved , EAD will move faster ... may be in 2 weeks you see update on EAD also.

wait for 2-3 weeks. how many weeks it took for ech 4 ?

thank you. 80 days pattindi h4 approve avvadaniki.

Actually wife opt  Jan 18th/2020 end avutundi. So mem Jan 15th ki future cos apply chesam(i-539 lo manaki oka option untundi - 3.b.New status and effective date of change (mm/dd/yyyy)). Employment break raakudadu ani. Ippudu uscis aa date ni honor chesinda leda effective today cos approve chesado teleyatledu. If it is effective today work cheyyakudadu. kaani manaki approval notice vachedaaka teledu.  Online lo search cheste mixed answers unnai.

Ead will take months to get decision after h4 approved even though you file in premium
