there is nothing called fast track. they take up case but will go through regular appeals process.

nirbaya case is done in fast track but those accused have smarten up and each individual is taking a turn and not all at the same time to appeal. that way they were able to extend it for 7 years and even the mercy petitions are being made that way to buy time

Thats the reason around 10,000 people who have never seen Disha flocked in near Shadnagar police station and tried to get into police station pull the 4 B*tards out and kill themselves, not just that 10K people, even everyone who heard the news, common man, mla, mps, mins, CMs, PMs and even NHRC chairman, president felt the same.
