society lo some people will always be victimized. kudirithey develop systems or atleast some level of social consciousness that addresses the issues. Don't look for fast solutions. 

every person who celebrates and wants rapists/murderers to be killed should stop and think about the consequences of allowing that kind of culture. think what kind of people it will create in the police force, or even in civil society.

if you are disgusted by human rights advocates who only shout for people who have no representation, what will you do with activists who carry guns in their arms and want to kill whoever they think are criminals? because that is where this kind of extra judicial murder will lead to.

you think you can stop it. but you can't. you'll have helped ISIS like organizations to rise that will dictate to society and challenge the govt.
