investigation emi chesinaro kani...remand lo ki teesukuni kuda pedda time emi kaledu, report kuda ready avadu...

so technically at the time of incident, the accused have not even been proved neither chargesheet filed...so legally aithe NHRC will see those accused as innocents till they are proved and ipudu case rape-murder nundi kakunda 4 accused killed by police midaki potadi..so NHRC has to probe from a different angle taking into account victim's family statements too....
