Im questioning public because alone myself cannot bring change im kon kiskaa in their eyes anyways waste becoz it takes a lot to bring the real change and safety and our india is😩

Ala ledhu. Nee thread title choodu. NHRC is doing it's work. If everyone does his/her work, we will not be in this situation today. You are part of public. As citizen you are unfairly questiong/accusing the NHRC instead of questioning the right one. How could you expect the change or quality in the society?

Crime by public servants is normally handled by them. If the general public commit crime then it doesn’t come under their purview. Both TG and AP police is known for encounters. We rank very highly in fake encounters and are notorious for extra judicial killings. Many people were killed by police in the then United AP incorrectly- they were named as Naxals and shot dead/murdered. In fact, we are so big on the list that a state level human rights commission has been constituted exclusively for us. Before you complain about them, know that they are fighting for your right and not anyone else’s.

Role of NHRC is not limited to handle crime by Public Servants only..

The NHRC is the National Human Rights Commission of India, responsible for the protection and promotion of human rights, defined by the Act as "Rights Relating To Life, liberty, equality and dignity of the individual guaranteed by the Constitution or embodied in the International Covenants".

engage in human rights education among various sections of society and promote awareness of the safeguards available for the protection of these rights through publications, the media, seminars and other available means

it considers the necessity for the protection of human rights.

What is the meaning of the text you posted? Their duties are not the same as the police or the judiciary. They cannot protect people or pass judgements.
