Madhya Pradesh: Woman from Mumbai allegedly raped by a man from Delhi at a hotel in Indore. Jyoti Rajput, Sub-Inspector says, "Woman has alleged that she was raped on the pretext of marriage on 11th November. Case registered, investigation underway". (9.12.19)

All allegations no facts, how can courts prove if a rape happened or not after a sexual activity?
