He has moved a petition in the High Court and Justice Tadakamalla Vinod Kumar stating ‘unfortunate that the accident occurred and that he was not driving at a high speed or in a negligent manner’. He further stated in the petition that the accident occur-red due to ‘faulty design of the flyover’.
