Assigned lands ante, some time in the past, long long ago, gov gave lands to minorities who don't have homes. Specially near Krishna river between agriculture land and river there is lot of unaccounted Gov land which is registered to them and they should sell with-in the minority in order for it to be eligible. Real estate and over smart people purchased for half the price or even less from them and gave that in land pooling. Now Gov says they are not valid which IMO is legitimate.

Yes. Plots will be given to original assigned land owners anta.
