Isari budget cuts darunam ga vuntayi...Union defence ae oka 5-10% reduce, state allocations kuda massive cuts for sure..departmental expenses tagginchi bandi nadipiyadame FY2020...

Election 2019 has proved very disastrous on state and union finances. In rush to appease, governments spent huge amounts on election welfare schemes in an attempt to appease the voters sidelining existing schemes, which turned out to be white elephants, daniki todu vote on account budget.

Hopefully, a full budget this year will Reduce this budget cuts to an extent but inkoka 2 years reduced spending ae..

Recession is negative growth. When annual growth rates recedes to negative levels, we experience recession.

India is growing at 5-6% levels. No question of recession.
