I used Discover card... worked everywhere...

restuarants lo shopping malls lo theaters lo worked... 

Amex worked only for theaters and flights (domestic flights in India)

 

P.S: no additional transaction fee... exact dollar rate tho charge ayay

Capital one cards don’t charge foreign transaction fee . If you don’t have travel card use capital one card .
