You have to check upon a scheme called Anna NTR Videshi Vidyadarana or Dr BR Ambedkar overseas Vidyanidhi which provides financial assistance up to Rs 10.00 lakh for SC/ST/BC/Kapu students pursuing their education abroad. The website is AP jnanabhumi portal or http://apepass.cgg.gov.in At any rate assistance is for only one course be it masters .
