షాక్: ఏపీలో మరో అత్యాచారం... దిశ బిల్లు పాసైన గంటల వ్యవధిలోనే...!!

దిశ ఘటన దేశాన్ని ఓ కుదుపు కుదిపేసిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే.  దిశ పేరుతో దిశ యాక్ట్ ను తీసుకొచ్చింది ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం.  ఈ యాక్ట్ ప్రకారం అత్యాచారాలకు పాల్పడితే.. నిందితులకు కఠిన శిక్షలు విధిస్తారు.  మరణశిక్ష పడే అవకాశం కూడా ఉంటుంది. ఈ బిల్లును నిన్ననే తీసుకొచ్చారు.  బిల్లు తీసుకొచ్చిన కొన్ని గంటల వ్యవధిలోనే ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లో ఓ మైనర్ బాలికపై కామాంధుడు అత్యాచారానికి పాల్పడ్డాడు.  

ఈ ఘటన ప్రకాశం జిల్లాలోని త్రిపురాంతకం మండలంలో జరిగింది.  త్రిపురాంతకం మండలంలోని రాజుపాలెం గ్రామంలో ఇంట్లో ఒంటరిగా నిద్రిస్తున్న 16 ఏళ్ల మైనర్ బాలికపై కరుణాకర్ రెడ్డి అనే వ్యక్తి అత్యాచారం చేశాడు.  బాధితురాలి తల్లిదండ్రుల ఫిర్యాదుతో పోలీసులు నిందితుడుని అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు. విచారిస్తున్నారు.  21 రోజుల్లోనే ఈ కేసును పరిష్కరిస్తారా చూద్దాం.
