Pbm is no one follow rules n regulations 

As long as it doesn't happen nothing works there

Rapes happen all over the world India is not unique

Police marali baa first. US lo police em chepthe law adhi nammutadhi coz there is transparency. 

India lo police is like singham123. Vaade rule breaker and maker.
