Email help in office

[ILOVEGIRLS]

I keep misspelling one client name as mistake, how could I write a rule in outlook program where 
if I misspell the name, the email shouldn't be sent out, rather should popup some warning message or error message to correct it. 

My client sincerely warned many times if it continues I might loose my job too, so need serious input helps thanks.

Whenever you reply type ddd in to box. If you try to send it fails as ddd not found in address book. I use this trick to not prematurely send emails. You can apply
