Ahead of the House impeachment vote, the president sent a six-page letter to Speaker Nancy Pelosi criticizing the inquiry as partisan and an "unprecedented and unconstitutional abuse of power." The House is expected to vote Wednesday on two articles of impeachment accusing Trump of abuse of power and obstruction of justice.
