180 ekkuve..kani go for second test after taking Apple cider vinegar half table spoon morning and evening with water.do exercise more..

Its pre diabetic ...ante diabetes vache chances high ani ardam...if you are smoking quit asap ...if you are consuming alcohol on regular basis , stop it. Stop eating rice and start working out.

Fasting glucose aithe adhi diabetic number. But must be confirmed with another test before diagnosis made. Random ( after food) glucose aithe kaadhhu. That number can be healthy.

Morning breakfast n cofee

lunch quinoa n curry, curd

evng tea

night chapathi/quinoa- curry n curd

weekly 3-4 days mandhu

no smoking
